Returns Policy

At All Book Covers, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in an unmarked and as-new condition. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.

Return Period

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Returns Department using the Quote Request page on our website or the email address of your immediate sales representative provided on your Purchase Order documentation. Include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
